Making Wise Change
May 29, 2022So how exactly do you make "wise change?"
There's an art to it and I've been considering it. And I'd invite you to consider this:
Change for women, is a part of life.
Your body changes, your issues come and go, the past weaves in and out of present and future, weight fluctuates, your thoughts and cognition alter, your relationships and work life, family dynamics shift and reset continually.
Your energy levels and emotions and moods change from moment to moment too, in an exciting and potentially actualising kind of dance.
Each second and each minute, you and I live and love through a beautiful series of transitions on the microcosmic and macrocosmic level.
It is both beautiful fission and fusion, to use a scientific analogy, and it is also gorgeously woo-woo and mysterious.
Sounds powerful...in theory, doesn't it?
But how is it for you in reality?
Because reality is where it really counts.
I cast back to the years I lived in poverty stricken boarding houses with dilapidated shared kitchens and bathrooms. I lived in a sea of violence and abject fear. I was able to transform utterly from those dark days to where I am today.
