I've been a committed creator. Over a lifetime. But there were times when that was well and truly railroaded by trauma.

And while I don’t believe in singular labels that define, (the “I’m this…I’m that…I’ve done this and I’ve done that” etc…because in the end we are all very beautifully human,) they’re sometimes necessary.

And helpful.

So I’m a creator, coach, writer, artist and mentor. And a mother. And a farmer. And a partner. And more. I’m a little quirky. And a little driven and yet it flows. It’s how I roll. It’s the way of it.

Always has been.

Many many years ago I started a book.

I write -a lot -as well as coach and mentor women.

I’ve written and read daily most of my life and it informs my coaching approach and ideas development. It informs the philosophies I live by.

It informs my mornings and my days.

I write and I write. I read.

It’s where I sort, and softly sift and refine who I am and what I’m on about so I can be of greater service in the ways that are right for me personally.

I’ve worked hard and beautifully on this and it’s down to a bit of a fine art these days.

Many years ago too, I won a mentorship to get “that” book happening, and along with Jesse (now passed,) Sarah and Emma and Bill, we carved out and crafted our skills…and they - those wonderfully creative writers - all went on to publish. They made careers of it. Successful careers.

We formed our writing group too, all those years ago in Byron Bay, and worked beautifully together, meeting weekly and going through each other’s work with constructive criticism and support.

And at the same time, I also developed a successful art career and also had a baby and what a gorgeous creation he is…(he’s coming home from uni today! Can’t wait to see him and hear his news.)

But the book?

I rightfully put it on the back burner because I still had quite a bit of “Unravelling” to do.

And WTF!

Have I unravelled!

I’ve unravelled EVERYTHING.

Everything.

I’ve never been so happy and joyful and I show other women how to do this too.

I’ve healed trauma and I now show other women how to do this too.

I mentor. I mentor. I mentor!

What an honour.

And I’ve dreamed. I’ve made. And I now coach other women and show them how to do this too.

To the many women who come to me for coaching and mentoring?

It means the world and it also means the world.

I put all my heart and soul into this and into my work.

It’s my life. And I am really humbled, frequently, by you - other women who are on the life path and want to grow and change. 

And as for all this writing?

It's a passion like the coaching.

It’s me who does it.

It’s real.

It’s authentic (even the typos! There’s something refreshingly beautiful about imperfection.)
